Why does the AlphaWorld Property Search Utility need my privilege password?

    In order to ensure that you are the owner of the property which you are searching for, your privilege password is verified.  This is done to prevent others from finding buildings or structures which the owner wanted to keep private.

Does ImaBot record privilege passwords?

    No, ImaBot does not keep a record of your privilege password.  However, a one-way hash of your privilege password is created and cached in order to speed up authorization requests in subsequent searches.  There is no way that ImaBot can determine your privilege password from this one way hash, and this does not provide any risks for the user.

Why isn't my object in the database?

   If your object was created after the database snapshot date, your object will not be in the AWPS database. See the main page for information about the current database snapshot.
